• Return Process: Once we approve the return, please ship the product back to us at the address provided. Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
• Refunds for Returns: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that any shipping charges paid during the initial purchase may not be refundable.

• Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows may be charged the full service amount, and refunds will not be issued.
