1. Appointment Cancellations

• Advance Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us accommodate other clients effectively.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost will apply. Frequent no-shows may lead to booking restrictions.

2. Product Order Cancellations

• Order Cancellation Window: If you wish to cancel a product order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, orders are processed, and cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds for Canceled Orders: For eligible cancellations made within 12 hours, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
• Non-Cancelable Orders: Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

3. Returns and Refunds for Products

• Return Eligibility: Products can be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.
• Condition of Returned Products: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds for Returns: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Late Arrivals for Appointments

• Timely Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your treatment or reschedule to accommodate other clients.
• Partial Charges: In cases of late arrival, partial service charges may apply depending on the time and services adjusted.
